Confirmation of our legal name
Our legal name is Guide Dogs WA (operated by EverAbility Group Limited ABN 11 157 291 960)
We have been providing Guide and Assistance Dogs to Western Australians since 1951 and over that time we have had a number of different business names:
- Guide Dogs for the Blind Association of WA
- Association for the Blind of WA Inc. formed in 1977 from a merger between the
- Braille Society for the Blind of WA Inc. and
- Guide Dogs for the Blind Association of WA Inc.
- Guide Dogs WA (operated by VisAbility Ltd)
